	Bill Duncan Consultant Bill has over 35 years experience in the non-woven and textile industry.  He is a skilled hands-on technician and can aid in building & plant layout, equipment installation, maintenance and on-site trouble shooting.
	Werner Schmidt CEO- Ramcon Fiberlok, Inc. Werner has over 40 years experience in the non-woven industry, manufacturing process, plant layout & equipment design.  He is an innovator of non-woven equipment & has developed RAMCON machinery for the past 20 years.
